These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Kyriel Services, publisher of https://synastra.fr, and any individual making a purchase on the platform (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 1 - Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of services and digital content offered by Synastra.
Article 2 - Services offered
Synastra offers the following services:
- Natal charts: personalised astrological interpretations based on the user's birth data (Mini-Portrait, Essential, In-Depth, Comprehensive) :
- Synastry: compatibility analyses between two natal charts :
- Platform access: celebrity database browsing, visualisation tools, interactive zodiac wheel :
This content is generated by artificial intelligence algorithms from astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris) and falls within the cultural, recreational and self-knowledge domain. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice under any circumstances.
Article 3 - Order process
The order process proceeds as follows:
- Product selection in the shop
- Entry of birth data required for generation
- Review of the order summary
- Secure payment via Stripe
- Order confirmation by email
- Generation and availability of the content
The order is considered final after payment confirmation by the payment provider.
Article 4 - Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme). Kyriel Services reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of order validation.
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on Synastra's servers.
Article 5 - Delivery
Ordered digital content is automatically generated and made available to the Customer in their personal space on the platform. Generation time varies by product type:
- Mini-Portrait: a few minutes
- Essential Chart: a few minutes
- In-Depth Chart: up to 30 minutes
- Comprehensive Chart: up to 60 minutes
- Synastry: up to 60 minutes
A notification email is sent to the Customer as soon as the content is available.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. For customers in the EU, this is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
When validating their order, the Customer expressly acknowledges:
- That the supply of digital content begins immediately after payment confirmation
- That they expressly waive their 14-day right of withdrawal
Consequently, no refund will be made after content generation. However, in case of a proven technical defect (content not generated, calculation error), Kyriel Services undertakes to regenerate the content or issue a refund.
Article 7 - Liability
Kyriel Services undertakes to provide its services with diligence and in accordance with best practices. This constitutes an obligation of means, not of result.
Astrological interpretations are provided for cultural and recreational purposes. Kyriel Services cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Customer based on the generated content.
The accuracy of results depends on the accuracy of birth data provided by the Customer. In case of incorrect data, no refund will be issued, but regeneration may be offered with corrected data.
Article 8 - Conformity guarantee
In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. In case of a conformity defect, the Customer may request the content be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or contract termination. EU customers also benefit from the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770.
Article 9 - Personal data
The processing of the Customer's personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Article 10 - Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these T&Cs, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution.
Article 11 - Amendment of T&Cs
Kyriel Services reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order.
